2018 Season Periods
Hotel Comfort designated the following season periods for 2018 regarding pricing:
- Preseason – May 11 – June 21
- Main season – June 22 – July 19
- Peak season – July 20 – September 01
- Postseason – September 02 – September 30
Our rooms are available to our guests starting at 2 pm on the day of arrival. Depending on our current capacity, our hotel provides an early arrival option starting at 11 am, meaning early check-in. The fee for early check-in is HUF 5,000/room. If you would like to use the room before 11 am, on top of the early check-in fee, the entire price applicable for the previous night will be charged.
Our rooms reserved for our guests are available until 10 am on the day of departure. Depending on our current capacity, our hotel provides a late departure option until 6 pm, meaning late check-out. The fee for late check-out is HUF 2,000/room/hour, for every hour or partial hour. If you would like to use the room after 6 pm, on top of the late check-out fee, the entire price applicable for the following night will be charged.
After departure and check-out, our guest must vacate the parking spaces occupied until that time, and the usage of the outdoor swimming pool is not allowed.
Minibars have been installed in the premium rooms of the hotel. Our staff checks the consumption from the minibar on a daily basis, and they certify the consumption on the minibar list of your room with their signatures. On the day of departure, our staff member will check the consumption of that day and sign the filled out minibar list. Therefore, we request that at the time of your departure please find the chambermaids working on your floor, or call the reception desk. The signed minibar list must be returned to the reception desk together with the keycards, even if no consumption occurred during your stay.
Please, be advised that our hotel is entitled to subsequently send an invoice related to the minibar items consumed but not paid for.
